"Platform" refers to Somlaa's website and mobile applications. "User" means anyone using the platform, including buyers and sellers. "Vendor" refers to a registered seller offering products on Somlaa. "We," "Our," or "Us" refers to the Somlaa management team.
You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use Somlaa. Users agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to hack, defraud, or spread false information. Somlaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
All prices on the platform are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made through Mobile Money (EVC Plus, Zaad, Waafi), credit/debit cards, or cash on delivery where available. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
Shipping times vary depending on the vendor and customer's location. Estimated delivery times: Mogadishu: 1-3 business days Other Cities: 3-6 business days Somlaa is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval by the vendor. Some items (such as personal care or digital goods) may not be eligible for return.
Vendors must provide accurate product information, images, and pricing. Sellers are responsible for ensuring product authenticity and customer satisfaction. Somlaa reserves the right to remove any vendor that violates platform rules.
Your personal data is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We use encryption and secure systems to safeguard all payment and user information. Somlaa will never share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
Somlaa is not responsible for: Damages caused by product misuse or defects. Delays or losses due to third-party courier services. Disputes between users and vendors beyond our control.
Somlaa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a new "Last Updated" date.
